This is a quote that Merj lives by daily. Merj is a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing degree and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification as one of the top students at Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii, graduating Cum Laude. Passionate and driven, Merj is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Her experience includes working in the medical-surgical unit and behavioral health facility. As a former military spouse, she volunteered as an American Red Cross Registered Nurse at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. While there, she managed the care of service members and their dependents who were in treatment struggling from various mental health concerns such as substance misuse, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Merj is a passionate mental health provider that concentrates on the patient's needs and holistic well-being. Culturally competent and empathetic, she focuses on getting to know her patients and hearing their stories. She serves various clients of different races, religions, and including the LGBTQ+ community. She will be available to see clients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to adulthood, struggling with mood and bipolar disorders, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, PTSD and trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and more.

CBT and DBT are evidence-based modalities that assist patients who struggle with depression, trauma, panic disorders, personality disorders, bipolar, and related disorders, stress, anxiety, and anger to name a few. CBT is a modality involving how our thoughts are interconnected with our behaviors, and this therapy helps with distorted thinking. DBT comes from CBT, and it assists clients to live in the moment, stress coping, interpersonal relationships, and how to manage emotions. As a CMIP, she can guide her patients in mindfulness-based practices working through their stressors, anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, and addiction.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), is an evidence-based technique that implements smooth-pursuit horizontal eye movements to facilitate memory reconsolidation. Through memory reconsolidation, an individual can find relief from somatic symptoms associated with many psychological concerns. ART has been studied and utilized in working with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and other mental health diagnoses.
When Merj is not working, she enjoys painting, doing home improvement projects, sightseeing, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Sara obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Music from BYU-Provo in 2004 and a Master of Counseling from Idaho State University in 2020. Sara values a holistic approach and provides experiences in session to address both mind and body. She has found that growth comes through increasing self-awareness and self-compassion, fostering a mind-body connection, and practicing intentional authenticity.
Sara’s trauma-informed approach includes elements of Gestalt Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. She works to create an accepting and non-judgmental space, taking into consideration each person's unique cultural and environmental contexts.
Sara serves adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns including depression, grief, anxiety, and trauma. She also enjoys serving the LGBTQIA+ community and those experiencing faith transitions.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based model of therapy that promotes growth and healing through harmonizing parts of self. The objective of IFS is to help persons trust their inner self as a guide, to identify their needs and values, and to empower them to live accordingly.
Outside of work Sara enjoys hiking/trail running, eating delicious food that she didn’t have to make, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Sammy is a Reiki Master and intuitive energy practitioner. She has studied and worked intensively in many different energetic modalities and uses her knowledge and expertise to help her clients live in their health and truth. Sammy's biggest goal in everything she does is to help others connect to their power and healing. In sessions, she utilizes many practices including Reiki, The Emotion Code, EFT, and Integration.
Reiki is an energetic modality based on Love that helps support the body, mind, and spirit in processing and releasing energies that are no longer serving your Highest Good. Reiki has been shown to improve mental and physical health, helping one to live their happiest, healthiest, most authentic life. It is now being used and implemented in several hospitals across the nation (specifically in surgical wards) to help people in their healing.
Because Reiki is not yet covered by most insurance policies, sessions with Sammy will be accepted as private pay.

Katie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner. She uses her Empathy and experiences with individuals with disabilities, mental health differences, and trauma histories as the basis of her approach to massage.
Trauma-informed bodywork uses healthy, safe touch to assist in unraveling patterns of physical, mental, and energetic tension that unprocessed trauma and stress can create in the body. along with bringing an extra awareness and sensitivity to all sessions, she also offers a "trauma-specific session".
Katie is trained in many massage modalities, and every session is customizable to individual needs.

Brandy has spent the last five years as a medical assistant, and after being diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, she knew she needed to change careers but didn't want to stop working in the health industry.
